Payments made by check or money order, payable to Kristie Hubler. If customer orders 2 frames, the third frame of equal or lesser value is free! THIS POLICY ONLY APPLIES TO FRAMES THAT ARE JUST COVERED WITH FABRIC, NOT THE EMBELLISHED ONES, WITH FABRIC OR RIBBON ROSES, OR ANY OTHER ADDED EMBELLISHMENTS. ALSO, IT IS ONLY GOOD ON FRAMES WHERE THE PRINT IS PRINTED ON EITHER NY COMPUTER PRINTER, OR MANUFACTURE BOUGHT FABRIC, NOT HAND PAINTED FRAMES.
This applies for collage frames as well. When a person orders a custom collage frame, every third picture window of equal or lesser value is free.
BULK DISCOUNT RATES: These are after the discount mentioned above!
If ordering 50 frames- 10% off of the subtotal, after the buy 2 get 3rd of equal or lesser value free
If ordering 100 frames-20% off of the subtotal, after the buy 2 get 3rd of equal or lesser value
If ordering 500 frames-30% off of the subtotal, after the buy 2 get 3rd of equal or lesser value
If ordering 1000 or more frames-40% off of the subtotal, after the buy 2 get 3rd of equal or lesser value
Note: Please allow 2-3 weeks from purchase date, for delivery of frames if ordering 300 frames or less. If ordering more than 300 frames, please allow 8-10 weeks from purchase date for delivery.
Discount example:
You purchase 34 frames priced at $12 each,36 frames at $20 each, and 30 frames at $7.50 each. Your discount would be as follows:
30x$12=$360, 36x$20=$720, and 1x$12=$12
The remaninder of the (3) $12 frames would be free
All 30 of the $7.50 frames would be free
$360+$720+$12=$1092
20% of $1092 is $218.40 (since you would be buying 100 frames in this example)
$1092-$218.40=$873.60
Your subtotal before shipping costs and tax would be $873.60 for 100 frames
Terms
All frames are scotchguarded and include a piece of acid-free acetate, to cover the picture in the picture area.
It is recommended that you use a masking tape lint-roller to remove dust from frame.
Also, it is recommended that the customer scotchguard the frame once a year.
Specify whether you want a strut (leg) or a hanger, for wall hanging.
8x10" picture windowed frames are $25. Anything over 8x10" will be quoted at $.33 per square inch.
6% sales tax will apply to order if customer is ordering from or sending order to NJ.
Shipping:
All orders will be packed with bubble wrap. If more than 1 frame is ordered, a packing slip will be provided in the shipment.
Shipping will equal 15% of the subtotal of the order, before tax. Shipping will not be taxed!!!
Returns:
MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY
Customer must exchange frame for a frame of equal or lesser value, if needing to return a frame. No refunds.
Refund Exceptions: If damaged during shipment- must call Fabricated Frames within 10 days of shipment date on package for refund or merchandise credit. The customer must send back the frame in the original box with all of the packing material and packing bubble wrap for full refund and merchanidse credit exchange! After the 10 days, no refunds.
Note: Please do not abuse the merchandise credit policy! ONE RETURN ONLY, PER ORDER BY THAT PARTICULAR CUSTOMER.
